MontereyRentals.com, 816 Wave Street, Monterey, CA 93940 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

Begins January 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. PT and ends December 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT.

4. How to Enter

• Online at www.MontereyRentals.com/sweepstakes
• Mail-in entry as described in full rules

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

5. Prizes

• Four (4) Grand Prizes: Seven (7)-night stay at a MontereyRentals.com vacation property
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $4,000 per prize
• Stay dates and property selection are subject to availability; holidays and event weeks excluded
• Non-transferable; no cash substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion
• Travel and other expenses not specified are not included

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Four (4) winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 17, 2026.

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone. If a winner fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, city/state, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
