We were wowed when we walked in the door. The view of the water is grand. We found ourselves wanting tto sit by the window for hours watching the bay. The kitchen was well stocked. The pots and pans were good quality. The arrangement of the living room, dining room, & kitchen being separate from the bedroom wing provided quiet for person who either went to bed early or slept late. We found the condo clean and comfy. There were plenty of bed and bath linens. The unit had a washer and dryer conveniently located in a closet in the foyer. The condo building was quiet, we never heard our neighbors. Maintenance was immediately responsive to any small issues. Being inside the Pebble Beach gate provided easy access to the shoreline. The area immediately surrounding the condominium provided a great location for long walks or runs. The common areas of the building were clean and well lighted. There is a small elevator which made it easier to move in for our two month stay. We were sad to leave because it felt like home.
Loved this property and our first vacation in California!

Perfect location, comfortable and very reasonable! Beautifully furnished and roomy for two couples. Loved the fireplace for cool mornings, and the gorgeous sunsets ver the bay from the living room! The elevator convenient for loading and unloading luggage and when arthritic knee acting up. Would definitely recommend for people with disabilities and older folks!
Very nice place, spectacular view!

All was good except Internet/cable connection was sketchy. Poor reception at top of the hill.
Accommodations was very nice...
We're so sorry you had reception problems. We sent our tech out as soon as we heard this - WiFi and cable are working perfectly now.
