This single story home in a residential area of Seaside is just a two minute drive to Laguna Grande Park, a mile from the ocean, and close to some of the area’s best ethnic restaurants. For great seafood, the Fishwife is just around the corner, and you'll find a gamut of international cuisines nearby: Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Vietnamese and gourmet Italian.
This little blue house (it even has a white picket fence) may be small inside, but the backyard is HUGE. Landscaped with lavender, succulents, native grasses and an iconic lemon tree, the fenced yard has both covered and open patios along with a dining table and a barbecue.
The living room features a leather sofa and loveseat, laminate flooring, and a large flat screen TV. The dine-in kitchen has a four-burner gas range and new solid surface countertops, and two bedrooms with Queen beds and upholstered headboards share a bath with a shower.
Wall furnace heating. Single car garage and driveway parking.

Our family of three loved sating in the Little Blue house. Everything is clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. Plenty of towels. The interior is nicely decorated. Our little one enjoyed the large backyard with high fence. The neighborhood is kind of sketchy, but its still pretty safe. The location is great. Very close to Monterey, Carmel, lots of restaurants for any taste etc. The management works very well. We received clear instructions and follow up. So we didn't have any questions. I would stay there again and recommend this place to everyone.

We stayed there and everything was so quiet and the house is very cute.It was close to the beach and Carmel and Monterey right up the road. The bed we slept in was comfy the back yard was big .Had a nice washer and dryer. The only thing it lacked was no room for dry goods in cabinets.I will tell others about this cute place in Seaside.Had cooking utensils, crockpot, toaster and so much more.We would definitely try to go again if lifes not to busy for us.

The little blue house is extremely well equipped (For example, I needed scotch tape and it was in the desk.) The living room has comfortable seating to read or watch the large screen TV. The kitchen is sparkling clean (as is everything in the house) with a full sized refrigerator. The two bedrooms are large with great beds and big closets. There is even a charming back garden. A large grocery store is located within a mile drive. The best thing is the location. Monterey is very close; Carmel is 20 minutes away as is Pacific Grove. I enjoyed visiting the John Steinbeck museum in Salinas as well as my first whale watch in Monterey. Kiersten was very helpful and responded quickly. I'd definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

The picture on map quest doesn't give the little blue house any justice, the yard is well manicured, the inside of the house is very homie and comfortable. The location couldn't have been better for our weekend event. But there was just some small thing that should have been taken care of, which was the cobwebs inside and out, a little dusting could have been done, we found food and sand in the chairs at the dinning room table. Overall it is a great place to stay and I would recommend the little blue house to family and friends. Thank you for the maintenance guy when I called him, he responded to my call right away.
Nice and convenient

Nice, clean and cozy house. Conveniently located to nearby Monterey within a short drive. Virtually everything was new inside the house. The landscaping is also relatively new and somewhat bare but with time should mature into a more attractive setting. The house is located in a working class / commercial district and isn't conducive to scenic strolling. Towels were missing when we arrived (result of a mix-up with the cleaning service), but the management company quickly arranged to have new ones brought to the house. Would recommend advising first time renters on location of home alarm system (in kitchen). The audible alarm countdown upon entering the house resulted in a frantic room-to-room search to disarm. Instructions on how to use the alarm and other electronics (TV, cable) would be helpful.
Manager Response
Thank you for your input. We're very sorry you had trouble locating the alarm - we are making sure that all future guests know where it is and how to use it before arrival (we're also supplying instructions for the TV and electronics).

The little blue house was spotlessly clean, had new and comfortable linens and towels, and seemed to be recently renovated. It is about a 15 minute drive to Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay aquarium. You can walk to a coffee shop.
