2600 sq. ft. | 3 Bedroom | 3 Bath | Sleeps 6 (2K, 2T) Max. Occupancy 8
You'll feel like you're on the Riviera in this stunning Mediterranean just a block from the beach.
Prepare to be dazzled: panoramic bay views by day and sparkling city lights by night. Sea views abound from the living areas and the balcony (with a bistro table and barbecue). Leather sofas face the large flat screen TV and an ornate gas fireplace.
Upstairs, two cozy alcoves house a small bar and a game/computer table, and there's a full bath with a tub/shower and a guest room with two twins. Downstairs, a den (with two twin sofa sleepers) and a large flat panel TV is tucked off the entry. The master has an en suite bath with a tub/shower, and the third guest room and the den share a full bath with shower.
Outdoors, step through iron gates to a leafy lower garden and a private patio complete with a bubbling fountain. Lavender and lemons, hydrangea and honeysuckle… is this Pacific Grove, or Portofino?

Everything was great and so much was provided. The only issue we found was with the 2 convertible couches downstairs. One had a broken frame which made it difficult to handle. Other than that we would definitely rent this place again.
Thank you for alerting us to the problem with the convertible sofa downstairs - we purchased a new one immediately! We hope you do come back and visit us again.

Travelled to Pacific Grove to get out of Valley heat. Bellisima is first-rate property in great location for Monterey Bay views, golf, walk to aquarium, or just relaxing in a very comfortable home. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and ideal open floor plan in living areas. Kitchen has modern appliances and lovely settings. I have used Monterey Bay Property Management in the past and would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the best of Monterey.

Great house and beautiful views. We equiped kitchen and cooking supplies. The only down side was the mattress in the double bedroom. One of our guest weighs only 95lbs and the other had a bad back and weighs 175lbs. The mattresses were too soft for good back support. The pull out loveseat couches downstair were extremely uncomfortable and should not be counted in the overall head count for the house. We had a great time and would return with new mattresses.Thank you,Teresa
Thank you for alerting us about the issue in the double bedroom - the mattresses have been replaced (and the owner apologizes to the guests who had a less-than-perfect night's sleep). We do hope you will come back again!

Spent the last weekend at Bellisimi with a group of golf buddies. Lots of positive things about the property including the location, view, open floor plan, amenities, and condition. It may not be the easiest to find but you could consider that part of the charm. Michelle @ Monterey Properties was very helpful and the rental process was easy. I would recommend the property if you are interested in paying a bit more for a good experience.

We rented a cluster of 3 homes for a group of guys who have been friends since their freshman year at Stanford over 30 years ago. Bellisima was the central gathering place since it was largest. Everyone commented on the view, the location and the lovely house in general. We had a trio of teenage boys who hung out downstairs with an XBox we transported. We had a BBQ, breakfast and afternoon snacks and swizzles at the house over the three days.
Walks along the coast were sublime. Our lone girl spent time exploring the coastal tide pools and returning with treasure. Small groups walked to an ice cream parlor and restaurant. A great walking spot. If you rent a car, you may not put many miles on it because it's so beautiful you won't want to leave.
My only issue was that the timer on the oven does not seem to work. I burned an app. A tiny blip in an otherwise perfect weekend.

Amazing home that was stocked full with all the things you'd need to have a great stay (sheets, towels, pillows, etc). Nearly 3000 sq feet. Lovely ocean views, comfortable beds, great location - near everything, and nice amenities. It would be a great place to stay if you have a large family or lots of friends with you!

The home was beautiful & just as we had envisioned based on the pictures. We flew into Sacramento from home (Hawaii) & drove to Monterey the following morning. We made good time so I arrived in Monterey well before the 3pm check in time. However, we decided to take a chance & see if we could the keys early to get settled in. The office staff were so friendly & accommodating......& we were able to get the keys early because the house was ready. We were so excited & pleased. Thanks again for a memorable trip.
A perfect setting and accommodations for our family gathering of 5 adults plus 2 grandchildren.

Have one recommendation of significance. The light switch in the upstairs bathroom has a motion sensor. Unfortunately, the motion does not cover an occupant while taking a shower. Because the motion sensor is unable to sense any motion, the lights go off while one is taking a shower. Means you have to get out of the shower in the dark, and this is dangerous.
Recommendation - replace the motion sensor light switch in the upstairs bathroom with a conventional light switch.
