Live the good life in this newly-remodeled beachouse just a few blocks from the ocean. From the sun-filled living room to the spacious family room, there’s plenty of room for everyone in this two story home.
The living and dining areas are open to a gorgeous kitchen that has a pass-through to the large family room (with a fireplace and large flat screen TV). But there’s more: a fenced backyard and patio with a barbecue and outdoor dining table, and a small front porch that's perfect for sipping your morning coffee—or gazing at the city lights and the boats on the Bay at night.
There are two bedrooms downstairs (one with a Queen and one with Twins) and a full bath with shower. The Master (with a peak of the ocean and a King bed) and another guest room with Twins beds upstairs share a bath with a tub and separate shower. All bathrooms have heated floors.
You’re just a ten minute walk to Caledonia Park and downtown Pacific Grove, “America’s Last Hometown:" restaurants, cafes, boutiques, galleries, a museum, a library, movie theater and a weekly Farmer’s Market. The Pacific Grove Golf Links are practically in your backyard, the Butterfly Sanctuary is less than a mile away, and you can drive to Asilomar Beach, the Monterey Aquarium, Carmel, or Pebble Beach in minutes.

Trip of a Lifetime!

The house exceed expectations. I was very nervous renting a home - I had not rented a house before. The process was easy and quick. All my questions were answered quickly while I was booking. We arrived around 7 PM out first night and instantly was relaxed. The house is stocked with all necessities - the description is accurate. All of the rooms were clean and comfortable. The house has a great vibe - we cooked and chilled out at night after days of exciting adventures. I traveled with my husband, kids, and mom. There was enough room for 6 of us to have our own space - you could easily accommodate 8 without getting in each other's hair. No one wanted to leave at end of the trip. The location is amazing and we walked to the beach every morning! So many amazing memories were made the week we stayed. Pacific Grove is a gem- you can't be the location. All the charm and none of the tourists traps. We can't wait to stay again!

My 'SISTERS' and I schedule an annual retreat-- somewhere we can relax, enjoy the California coast, and catch up. First time renting from Monterey Rentals. From arrangement of rental dates, to return of the keys, everything was seamlessly smooth. Very professional, and well thought out system.
This home feels like 'HOME'. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and full of light. The four bedrooms were perfect for the six of us. Everything we needed was there: linens; dishes; paper products. When we noticed one countertop appliance missing, it was delivered to us within the hour. After stepping out of bath/shower, the bathroom floors were heated! Family room and living room are separated by an open kitchen. The way the rooms are arranged, facilitated us carrying on a number of different activities and conversations simultaneously. As the title indicates, "IT'S ALL GOOD!"We will definitely be renting from Monterey Rentals again.
Thank you Michelle.

Great house with all of the amenities. Very clean and the bed configurations were perfect for adults, tweens and teenagers. The location was perfect-quiet neighborhood and just a couple of blocks from the ocean, walking paths, etc. Thumbs up from all of the guests.
Great stay...tiny kinks, but nothing major

We arrived to the rental office at 3:10 of our check in day. We were informed that the house we had reserved had squatters in it! Monterrey rentals graciously put us in this house. Ultimately with my three children and Grandma in tow we liked the quieter setting, closer to the water, so that was great! The best part about this house is that my kids basically claimed the big bonus room as theirs and the adults had some time away from the kids. Now, I only give four stars because of the change in reservation at the beginning and three maintenance issues that popped up while we were there. In the master bedroom with each passing day it was smelling more and more and more of natural gas leaking. It finally got unbearable. PGE came out and cleaned the pilot light in the old heater up there and the smell went away, but they found a pretty significant gas leak on the outside of the house that was going to get fixed. Also, the curb appeal of the house is not the greatest, but the inside is very nice. The paint on the outside is peeling a bit and the yard is totally dead. But, overall we had a great time! Loved the proximity to ocean, the square footage of the place, the premium channels on the tv and the neighbors were very nice!

My family and friends attend the auto races at Laguna Seca every year. We decided to try a large house for the weekend, rather than staying in separate hotel rooms. It's All Good appeared to have enough beds and community space in the house for our group, plus a gas grill and outdoor patio area. It met those expectations easily. The house has been renovated and appeared fresh, clean and modern. The family room next to the dining area and the living room are spacious. The kitchen, poised in the middle, was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and glasses. We all had a great time, with most of our group hanging out at the house and enjoying each other's company, cooking/grilling several meals together.
The Monterey Bay Property Mgmt staff went above and beyond for us. The two year old daughter of one of our guests dropped her favorite blankie somewhere in or around the house. She was distraught when it was gone when they returned home. Michelle responded immediately to our email asking for help. Within a few hours, Rosy, the housekeeper, found the blankie and took it to the office. Michelle mailed it to the owner.A very happy ending to a great weekend!

We went to the Monterey area to celebrate my birthday. The house is unassuming from the street view, but once you open the front door, you see it is huge, nicely furnished home. There was plenty of room with everything you would need; just bring you food. Great location to restaurants and the ocean. I would recommend curtains in the bedrooms , they only have sheer ones. The upstairs bedrooms are a little noisy, Overall a great place and a great location!

Inside and outside space was perfect for our needs. Convenient location for beach access and walking to downtown sites and restaurants. Only recommendation would be that a floor lamp is needed in front room by wingback chair. Nice spot to read but needed light source. Also, no broom to sweep up accessible to us--not a big deal though. We just brought our own. Loved the heated floors in bathrooms.
