Quarterly Nonprofit Partners
MontereyRentals.com is proud to partner with four local nonprofits in 2026 — as part of our 40TH Anniversary Homes with Heart Giving Program.
Each quarter, a portion of every guest stay and rental booking will be donated to organizations making a lasting difference in Monterey County.
QUARTER 1 (January–March)
Veterans Transition Center of Monterey County
Mission: To provide veterans and their families with housing, case management, and comprehensive support services as they transition from crisis to stability.
Impact: The VTC ensures that those who served our country have the resources to thrive through housing assistance, job training, and mental health support.
Our Commitment: A percentage of every Q1 booking supports veterans rebuilding their lives. In addition, gently used linens and furniture from our properties will be donated directly to the Center.
QUARTER 2 (April–June)
Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay
Mission: To build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable housing.
Impact: Habitat empowers local families to achieve homeownership, creating generational stability and brighter futures.
Our Commitment: During Q2, contributions will help purchase building materials and support local housing projects that directly benefit families in need.
QUARTER 3 (July–September)
I-HELP Monterey Bay
Mission: To provide shelter, meals, and life skills programs for homeless men and women, guiding them toward stable housing and employment.
Impact: Through I-HELP's network of local congregations and community partners, participants receive daily support, mentorship, and pathways to independence.
Our Commitment: Every Q3 booking helps sustain meals, shelter, and workforce readiness programs for some of our community's most vulnerable neighbors.
QUARTER 4 (October–December)
Alliance on Aging Monterey County
Mission: To provide services and resources that help seniors live independently, with dignity and respect.
Impact: Medicare counseling, peer support, and advocacy from Alliance on Aging make a vital difference in the lives of local seniors.
Our Commitment: Q4 contributions ensure seniors receive vital support, especially during the holiday season. With many of our renters being seniors, this partnership is especially meaningful to our team and our mission.
