home of approximately 2900 square feet. The Carmel beach is
only a 5-minute walk from this home. The downtown shops and
restaurants of Carmel are only a 10-minure walk. If you are
bringing your clubs; the nearest public golf course is Rancho
Canada, about a two-mile drive from the house.
The property is equipped for your entertainment with Cable
TV/VCR in the living room, TV/VCR in 2-bedrooms and Cable
TV in the Den.
You will find flagstone fireplaces in the living/dining room
and the den. In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplaces,
the house is heated by natural gas (forced air). The maximum
number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated
at this property is 8.
You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well
as the indoor spaces! A patio with patio furniture off the
dining room is a great place for an outdoor BBQ dinner, or
just relaxing in the sun.
This property has carpet in the living room, bedrooms, and
the den. There are hardwood floors in the dining room and
kitchen. The baths have tile floors.
One bedroom is on the street level, the master and one guest
bedroom are upstairs The master bedroom has a king bed and
private bath featuring a tub with jets and a stall shower.
The upstairs guest room has 2 twins beds and a full bath,
featuring shower over tub. The guest room on the street level
has a queen bed and a bath featuring a stall shower. There
is also a half bath off the kitchen area.
The fully equipped kitchen
opens to the dining area and to the living room. The dining
table seats 6 people comfortably and there is extra seating
at the breakfast bar. Meal preparation is easy with a full-size
refrigerator; a gas cook top range and electric oven and a
handy built-in microwave oven. The dishwasher makes clean
up a breeze! Each home is fully furnished and equipped with
cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress
pads, sheets, pillows and pillowcases, blankets and bedspreads
or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel,
and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough
soap and paper products to get you started comfortably (click

door! This property is located within a short drive to Monterey
Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the great
restaurants of New Monterey. A short drive will also take
you to the beaches of Pacific Grove, and many of the local
golf courses.
