An ideal beach dwelling! This cozy, California beach-style, duplex is a two-bedroom, one-bath that features a great location in the heart of New Monterey with an ocean view and approximately 800 square feet of comfortable living space.

Newly remodeled with your ultimate comfort in mind! There is surround sound, flat screen, cable TV with DVD and stereo in the living room and cable TV in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have views of the water with a queen size bed in one room and twin size bed in the other.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a table for four, refrigerator, microwave oven, and a free-standing stove. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Each home is fully furnished and equipped with mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably (click here for a complete list!). No need for a car as you are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the recreation trail, and even the supermarket! There is off-street parking for one car. The entry is up one flight of stairs to the front door.
