This cute studio
apartment is located in historic Monterey, just two blocks from
John Steinbeck’s Cannery Row and one block to Lighthouse Avenue, a
collection of restaurants and shops, and good access to
transportation.
This escape features a full size bed, generous bathroom with tub
and shower, and small kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cook top, and oven.
It is also fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware,
and kitchen linen. Bed linens include mattress pads, sheets,
pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters;
there are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per
person, plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper
products to get you started comfortably (click here for a complete list!).
It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you
should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your
groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.
The property is also equipped for your entertainment with Cable
TV/DVD and VCR in the living room/bedroom area, a gas wall
furnace, and a coin-operated washer and dryer are on the premises
for your convenience and are located outside the unit.
The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be
accommodated at this property is two.

include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash
collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out
housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and
