Enjoy the atmosphere in Carmel Valley, unlike any other on the Monterey Peninsula. Even the locals escape to Carmel Valley to play golf, sip wine, and breathe the fresh country air.

Located just off of the plush fairways of Quail Lodge Golf Resort is this single story, modern condominium of approximately 1500 square feet. The property is equipped for your entertainment with cable TV, DVD and stereo in the living room and cable TV, DVD and VCR in both bedrooms.

Warm yourself by the living room fireplace as you gaze out the windows, taking in the gorgeous view of the oak trees, bringing the outdoors in. In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace, the house is heated by central forced air.

The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property is four. The master bedroom has a California king bed and private bath, featuring a beautifully tiled stall shower. The guest room has a queen bed. The guest bath features a tub over shower and is adjacent to the guest bedroom.

A washer and electric dryer are on the premises for your convenience.

You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces! There is a community swimming pool and hot tub located just steps from the accommodation. The recreation area next to the swimming pool is the perfect place for a barbeque!

The wrap around deck offers a view of the pond and the third green of Quail Lodge Golf Course. This is also a great place to barbeque as the deer and quail pass by.

This property has light carpet in the living area and bedrooms, tile in the bathrooms and a wood floor in the kitchen.

The open floor plan makes it easy for your family and guests to congregate while preparing dinner. Conversation and sipping cocktails is the order of the day. The dining table seats six. The kitchen is equipped with a five burner gas stove, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal. Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably (click here for a complete list!). It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.

This property is located within a five-minute drive to the shopping and restaurants of the Crossroads and of the Barnyard. Another five minutes, and you’ll find yourself amongst more shopping and restaurants at quaint Carmel-By-the-Sea, where you can also enjoy the beautiful white sands of Carmel Beach.

If you plan to bring your golf clubs, the nearest golf course is right under your feet. If you are fortunate enough to get tee times, you’ll love playing this course! The other great courses of Carmel Valley, including Carmel Valley Ranch and Rancho Canada are moments away. And within ten to twenty minutes are the world-famous fairways of Pebble Beach, Poppy Hills, and Bayonet and Black Horse in Seaside.


Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
