by the fireplace, the house is heated by central forced air
heat.

maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated
at this property is four. There is one bedroom on the street
level with a double bed and one bedroom down stairs with a
trundle bed.

The
dining table seats four and offers a cozy setting for entertaining
and comfort! This home is fully furnished and equipped with
