This
property is the perfect beach house featuring hardwood
floors throughout, two bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite, a
bonus room with a half bath, and a wonderful location. You
enter on the street level, where there is a half bathroom
with shower and also a bonus room featuring a twin bed and a
sofa. The laundry room is also on this level. The next level
of this property has the living room with fireplace, flat
screen TV and sliding doors that open onto the beautiful
ocean in front of you. Right outside, you will see a private
path that will take you to the beach.
Up a few stairs, you will be in the dining room and kitchen
area. The dining room sits six people comfortably and offers
ocean views while you dine. The kitchen is fully equipped
with everything you will need to prepare a full meal or a
light snack. The kitchen has an oven/stove combo,
refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher,
making cooking fun and clean up a cinch.
The top level of this property features the master bedroom
with a king-size bed and bathroom ensuite with a tub and
shower combo. The bedroom has fabulous ocean views and a
flat screen TV hung on the wall for your enjoyment. Down the
hall is the guest bedroom that also has a bathroom ensuite.
The guest bedroom features a queen bed and nice views of the
swimming pool.
We welcome a maximum number of four guests who may be
accommodated at this property. You will enjoy the outdoor
spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces. You
will enjoy sitting on the patio off the living room watching
the beautiful sunsets or the balcony located off the kitchen
where you can BBQ and look out at the pool. The pool is
available to all guests, so on a hot day, feel free to take
a swim or just lay out and read a book.
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware,
dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads,
sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads
or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand
towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will
be enough soap and paper products to get you started
comfortably (click here for a
complete list!).
It is the philosophy of
Monterey Bay Property Management that you should
need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and
your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation
rental homes.
This property is located within walking distance of the
Fisherman’s wharf, Dennis the Menace park and downtown
Monterey. The Monterey bay aquarium and Cannery row are
just a short drive from the property.

rates include local phone service, cable TV, water,
trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and
move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include
gas and electricity.
