Condo number 432 at Ocean Harbor House is a two-story getaway with fabulous ocean views. It is approximately 1200 square feet. Located on expansive Del Monte Beach, it is a two-minute walk to dig your feet into the sand. It has ocean views from the living room, front deck and rooftop deck. The downtown shops and restaurants of Monterey are only a 30-minute walk or a five-minute drive. If you are bringing your clubs, the nearest public golf course is Del Monte golf Course, about two miles from the house.

Take the chill off of a breezy day by relaxing by the living room fireplace while you curl up with your favorite novel. In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace, electric baseboard heat is provided throughout the condo. The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property is six. The Master bedroom is upstairs and the guest bedroom is downstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath featuring a shower over tub. The guest room has a queen size bed. The guest bath adjacent to the guest room also features a shower over tub.

The property is equipped for your entertainment with Cable TV/DVD/VCR/ Stereo/Cassette/CD in the living room, and Cable TV in both bedrooms. This property has light Berber carpet in the living room and bedrooms and linoleum in the bathrooms and kitchen. A washer and electric dryer are on the premises for your convenience. You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces! The private roof top deck, perfect for sun bathing or entertaining, offers a magnificent view of the Montery Bay!

The fabulous view can also be enjoyed from the dining area. The dining table seats 6. Meal preparation is a snap in the well-equipped, all-electric kitchen, featuring range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator. Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably (click here for a complete list!) . It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.

Other features that will enhance your enjoyment of this home include two swimming pools, his and hers dry saunas, two spas, weight room, and recreation room with pool tables and ping pong table.


Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
