This 2350 sq. ft. single level home is built to accommodate stair challenged individuals and/or wheel chair access. With Golf Tournaments, ocean access, Monterey Bay, Carmel and Laguna Seca Raceway there is great demand for weekly and corporate rentals. Other features include remodeled Kitchen and Baths, new sunroom large level parcel with circular driveway.

Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters.

There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably (click here for a complete list!)

It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.
