This gorgeous 2700 square foot, two-story, home with four
suites backs up to over 600 acres of forestland.
The living room is flooded with light from a huge skylight,
and features a large leather couch that will seat at least
six people and a flat panel TV above the fireplace. In
addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace, the house
is heated by natural gas.
The property is equipped for your entertainment with Cable
TV, DVD, and stereo in the living room and TVs in all four
bedrooms.
We welcome
a maximum number of ten guests (including children) who may
be accommodated at this property. Two bedrooms are
downstairs and two bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom
has a king bed and private bath featuring a tub with jets,
double sinks, and a very large walk-in closet.
One guest
room has a king bed and private bathroom with a shower over
tub combination. The second guest bedroom has a king bed
also and a private bathroom with a shower over tub.
The third
guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and also a day bed that
can be used as a couch or, for extra sleeping, the daybed
has a trundle bed underneath it, so that this room can
easily accommodate four. The third bedroom also has a
private bathroom with shower over tub.
The lower level of this home features two bedrooms, two
bathrooms and a living room with fireplace, along with a
nice space in the living room that has a small refrigerator
and countertop.
The gourmet kitchen has all the features you will need,
including dishwasher, disposal, self-cleaning oven,
professional cook-top, coffee maker, and microwave. Most
appliances are stainless steal and the counters are granite.
The dining table seats eight to ten people.
A two-car garage and washer and gas dryer are on the
premises for your convenience.
You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well
as the indoor spaces! Enjoy the serene outdoors on the
expansive, second story redwood deck that wraps around the
forest side of this house, complete with a grill and patio
table. The back yard opens on to the beautiful Del Monte
Forest.
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware,
dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads,
sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads
or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand
towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will
be enough soap and paper products to get you started
