central forced air for perfect climate control. Expansive
sliding glass doors truly bring nature inside, or you can
lounge and dine on the 1,000 square-foot deck.
The
property is equipped for your entertainment with Cable TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo
in the kitchen and TV in the living room and master bedroom.
High speed internet access is now also available.
The
maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated
at this property is 7. The washer and dryer are situated conveniently
near the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed
and a bathroom with double sinks and separate two-person shower.
Both guest bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with double bed)
are served by a bathroom featuring a sunken tub and built-in
love seats covered in a charming Pierre Deux fabric.
You
will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as
the indoor spaces! Once outside, you can ramble along the
steps to patios at different levels, covered in rustic tiles
and equipped with assorted barbecue pits, a waterfall and
a fountain. Enjoy a stroll through the garden and pick an
apple or perhaps a pear before finding the perfect place to
relax and read a book. The barbecue area has an actual barbecue
pit and a built in barbecue with adjustable grill. Did somebody
say, "Luau?"
Ceramic
floors and new carpeting add to the charm of this beautifully
appointed and centrally located home at the end of a quiet
cul de sac—just minutes to downtown Carmel, Pebble Beach,
Monterey and Pacific Grove.
The
full kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a
built-in-TV, antique butcher block with four stools, and a
beautiful skylight. The double ovens are electric and the
cook top is gas.
The
open dining room has a lovely bay window, which doubles as
a buffet area, and the dining table will extend to serve 10
comfortably.
Each
home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware,
and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows
and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters.
There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth
per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and
paper products to get you started comfortably (click
