The property is equipped for your entertainment
with cable TV on a 42” flat screen with DVD, VCR, and stereo
in the living room. There is an office work station that includes
wireless DSL, fax/scanner/copier, and free long distance for
your convenience. How hard could work be in Paradise?
There is a fireplace in the living room, conveniently located
to allow for a great, nighttime view of the city lights, glistening
over the bay. In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace,
the house is heated by electric baseboard wall heaters in
each room.
The maximum number of guests (including children) who may
be accommodated at this property is three. There is one bedroom
with a queen size bed and extra sleeping on a queen size sofa
sleeper.
There are coin-op laundry rooms on the premises
for your convenience.
You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this
property as well as the indoor spaces! The living room patio
doors open onto a large deck, offering a view of the sparkling
water of the Monterey Bay, and cities of Monterey and Pacific
Grove.
This property has light carpet throughout the unit and vinyl
in the bathroom and kitchen.
The
dining table seats six. The kitchen is equipped with an electric
range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal.
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware,
and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows
and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters.
There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth
per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and
paper products to get you started comfortably (click

with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are
a guest in our vacation rental homes.

Sur. Or you might elect shopping in Carmel, touring the historic
Steinbeck House, or tasting the delectable seafood of Cannery
Row and Fisherman’s Wharf.
