The breathtaking coastal scenery of world-famous Seventeen Mile Drive is just a five to 10-minute walk from the house. With three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, abundant storage space, a circular drive and two-car garage, this property is a perfect choice for holidays, family get-togethers, and the many special events in Pebble Beach and the greater Monterey area.

High beamed ceilings, an open floor plan and skylights give the living room, dining area and newly remodeled kitchen a bright and airy feeling. A gas-assisted wood-burning fireplace and casual contemporary décor in the living room create a comfortable atmosphere for relaxing, CATV/DVD viewing or entertaining friends.

A handy bar area with sink is located nearby in the hallway. The cook in your group will appreciate the updated kitchen with stone tiled countertops, gas cook top, electric oven, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing and serving meals: pots and pans, utensils, dishes, flatware, glasses, and kitchen linens.

In addition to seating for four, the adjoining breakfast area has the added convenience of a workspace complete with desk, high-speed DSL, TV and a concealed laundry area with washer and electric dryer. In the dining area, a large oval table provides comfortable seating for six. Sliding glass doors open onto a wooden deck and lush, private backyard retreat complete with large hot tub and patio dining area with gas grill.

Each of the three bedrooms offers TV/VCR/DVD and ample closet space. Decorated in tones of teal, aqua and amethyst, the master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower over tub. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the backyard hot tub. Across the hall is a spacious, bright room with two twin beds. The third bedroom, decorated in warm desert hues, has a queen size bed. A full bath with shower stall is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

All bed and bath linens are provided as well as an initial supply of soap and paper products. The bedrooms and living room are carpeted, while the entry way, eat-in-kitchen and dining area have wood laminate flooring. Both bathrooms have vinyl floor covering. The property is heated by a forced-air furnace.


Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
