It is the
philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you
should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes
and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation
rental homes.
Each home is fully furnished and
equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen.
Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow
cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are
at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per
person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and
paper products to get you started comfortably.

If stairs are a consideration for anyone in your party,
please note that the entry door to the property is up a
short flight of three stairs.
