An ideal location for work or play! Footprints on the Bay is a condominium community that offers great amenities, including a picnic area with charcoal grills, a heated swimming pool, and weight room.

Residence # 303 is a single-story, one-bedroom accommodation of approximately 760 square feet. The living room has a fireplace and is tastefully furnished with your ultimate comfort in mind!

The property will sleep two people comfortably with a king size bed in the spacious master bedroom. The bedroom is decorated in warm colors and is very romantic for a special occasion or very relaxing after a full day of golf.

The bathroom has a shower over tub with vanity in the bedroom suite. A washer and electric dryer are also located in the bedroom suite.

You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces! There is a balcony just off of the living room and kitchen with patio furniture and barbeque, the perfect place for a quiet evening for two. The oak trees that line the grounds make it a great place to just sit and read a book.

This property has beautiful hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen, carpet in the bedroom, and a tile bath.

The accommodation features a kitchen/dining room combo, and the dining table seats four. The kitchen is modern with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. It is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove with self cleaning oven, microwave, disposal, and dishwasher. Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably (click here for a complete list!). It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.

Access to this home is easy – only one step up to the entry door!

This property is located within a short drive to downtown Monterey and Fisherman’s Wharf and close enough to the freeway that a hop, skip and jump will take you to Carmel, Pacific Grove and Salinas.

 


Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
