Located in the sunbelt of Carmel is this single-level, three-bedroom, two and one-half bath ranch style home of approximately 2300 square feet. “Pine Hills,” is nestled in the woods among beautiful oak and pine trees, just minutes from the village of Carmel By the Sea or from the restaurants, wineries and golf courses of Carmel Valley.

This property is equipped for your entertainment with four televisions, VCR, DVD and Stereo with CD/Cassette Player and AM/FM Radio. The televisions are in the family room, master bedroom, dining room, and in the guest bedroom.

You’ll find a fireplace in the living room, the perfect place to curl up and read a book, or for your family to congregate and play games. In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace, the house is heated by a whole-house, forced air natural gas heating system.

The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property is six. All three bedrooms are on the street level. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath equipped with a Jacuzzi tub plus a separate shower, wall to wall tile and a double sink. The guest rooms have queen size beds, and the guest bath is equipped with double sink and shower. An additional half-bath provides an additional element of convenience for larger groups.

A washer and dryer are located in a large laundry room for your convenience.

You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces! There is a courtyard in the front of the home and a deck at the rear with a gas grill for barbequing. Both are great for entertaining or quiet relaxation. Don’t be surprised if you find your self eating breakfast with Bambi!

This beautifully furnished property has carpet in the living room, family room, den, and bedrooms, with wood floors in the kitchen and dining area. The dining room seats eight people generously, and has French doors that open onto the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cook-top, two built-in self-cleaning gas ovens, a microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and garbage disposal.

Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows, and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably. It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you but your clothes and groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.


Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
