and airy with a seaside atmosphere, it is the perfect escape
atop the sand dune of Del Monte Beach.
The front door is just steps to Del Monte Beach. You can hear
and feel the crashing waves from the front deck of this coastal
retreat. The view of the Monterey Bay and Pacific Grove from
the living room and front deck is one of the most desirable
views that Ocean Harbor House has to offer.
The property is equipped with Comcast High Speed Internet...a
new flat screen TV with digital cable, DVD and VCR in the
living room.
A coin-op washer and electric dryer are on
the complex premises for your convenience. There is a heated
pool and spa close by, and a fitness facility with sauna and
billiard room.
There is a fireplace in the living room that
can be enjoyed while you look out over the bay at the magnificent
view. In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace,
the house is heated by electric wall heaters in the living
room and bedroom.
The maximum number of guests (including children) who may
be accommodated at this property is 3. The master bedroom
has a queen bed and private bath featuring a remodeled bath
and stall shower enclosure.
There is carpet in the living room and bedrooms,
tile in the kitchen, and linoleum in the bathroom.
The
dining table seats 4. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator,
electric stove, oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The
kitchen is very modern and open to the living room. Each home
is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware,
and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows
and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters.
There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth
per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and
paper products to get you started comfortably (click

with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are
a guest in our vacation rental homes.
Other
features that will enhance your enjoyment of this home include
the front deck. There are several steep stairs to the unit,
as it is on the top floor and the view is fabulous. It is
located within walking distance of Monterey’s Fisherman’s
Wharf, the Naval Post Graduate School, and downtown Monterey.
The bike trail is just down the hill and can be walked or
biked all the way to Pebble Beach. A short drive will take
you to the beaches of Pacific Grove, the shops and galleries
of Carmel, or great golf in Pebble Beach! If you are bringing
your clubs, the nearest public golf course is Del Monte Golf
Course, about a mile to a mile and a half from the house.
