The quaint Carmel

visitors from all over the world. You can discover local artists
or even visit the little- known Talbott outlet. For wine lovers,
seven wineries have tasting rooms within that same easy stroll,
including Bernardus, Georis and Talbott. The five-star dining
at Bernardus Lodge is a three minute drive, as is spectacular
hiking at Garland Ranch.
The home has two wings that are separated
by the living room, dining and kitchen offering privacy for
more than one family! This property has beautiful Spanish
tile floors with area rugs throughout the home.
The
property is equipped for your entertainment with Cable TV/DVD/VCR
in the living room and TV/Stereo in the recreation room. For
your convenience this property offers high speed internet
access! Besides the fireplace, the home is heated by radiant
heat.
The maximum number of guests (including children)
who may be accommodated at this property is 11. All five bedrooms
are on the street level. The east wing encompasses the master
bedroom, which has a king size bed and private bath, and one
guest room. The guest room sleeps three in a set of bunk beds
and an additional twin bed. The guest bath in the east wing
features a step-in stall shower. The west wing is composed
of three guest rooms, offering two with queen beds and one
full bed. The west wing bath has a shower over tub.
A washer and electric dryer are on the premises
for your convenience located between the kitchen and family
room.
The property has a fenced front and very large
back yard. The patio furniture and landscaping make for a
picturesque barbeque! The view of the Santa Lucia Mountains
is the perfect escape from the rest of the world!
The
dining table seats eight people comfortably in the formal
dining room. The kitchen is fun to cook in, as it has modern
appliances. It is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove
with two ovens, and microwave. Each home managed by Monterey
Bay Property Management is fully furnished and equipped with
cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress
pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads
or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel,
and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough
soap and paper products to get you started comfortably (click
