bedroom all offer you spectacular views of Lovers Point and
across the Monterey Bay. Watch sea otters, seals and dolphins
play out your front window as well as the passing parade of
walkers, joggers and bicyclists. Guest can walk out the front
door and across the street to the recreation trail where the
Monterey Bay Aquarium is a short five- minute walk and downtown
Pacific Grove is a comfortable ten-minute walk. If you are
bringing your clubs, the nearest golf course is Pacific Grove
Municipal Golf Links, about two miles from the house.
The property is equipped for your entertainment
with Cable TV, VCR and stereo in the family room and cable
TV in the master bedroom.
You will find a fireplace in the living room.
In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace, a gas
central forced air heater heats the house.
The maximum number of guests who may be accommodated at this
property is six. The master bedroom features a queen size
bed and a private bath with stall shower and separate tub.
The guest room has a set of twin size beds and the family
room has a queen size sofa sleeper. The guest bath features
a stall shower.
A washer and electric dryer are on the premises
for your convenience
The home has a charming walled in patio and
garden as well as a carport with off-street parking for three
cars.
This living room, dining room and kitchen
are open plan and the dining table seats six. The kitchen
is equipped with a free-standing gas range/oven combination,
refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware,
and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and
pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at
least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some
extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you
started comfortably
