This cozy and comfortable two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath condominium is located on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac in the town of Marina on Monterey Bay.

It is just a short walk to the spectacular sand dunes of Marina Dunes Preserve and Marina State beach. For bicyclers, there is easy access to the paved 14.7 mile Monterey Recreation Trail which goes along the gorgeous Monterey Bay shoreline all the way to Pebble Beach. Our location provides easy freeway access to all the attractions of Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel.

Located just off Reservation Road, this property provides racing fans quick access to Laguna Seca Raceway, and there are 30 golf courses within 12 miles of our front door.

This property comfortably sleeps four. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably.

Pets are always welcome and the attached two car garage with washer and dryer make life easy. Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, disposal, gas stove and microwave.

It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes. (click here for a complete list!).

In addition to the two-car garage, there is an additional reserved parking space close to the main entrance. Scuba divers will appreciate the convenient dive gear rinse and dry area right next to the garage, as well as the many beautiful undersea photos throughout the house.

Other features include cable TV in living room and both bedrooms, Comcast high speed internet service, a full size Weber barbeque and outdoor furniture on the private patio, DVD, VCR, CD, telephones and AM/FM radio


Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
