is available upon request. This home features electric heating
throughout.

master bedroom has a king bed. A washer and dryer are located
on the premises for your convenience.

very private patio is located directly off the kitchen and
is wonderful for outdoor dining. This area is fully fenced,
and a BBQ is provided.
Hardwood floors are present throughout the home. The living
room dining room combination leads you directly into the
kitchen area, which features a breakfast bar for two. The
kitchen is equipped with a gas cook top range, built-in gas
oven, microwave and refrigerator.
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware,
dinnerware and kitchen linen. Linens for the bedroom and
bathroom are included. There will be enough soap and paper
