Whether family members are vacationing in the area or co-workers on a temporary job assignment, you’re all sure to enjoy this updated two story home located just minutes from downtown Pacific Grove.

The large master bedroom features a king sized platform bed, and the second downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. Cheerfully decorated in turquoise and white, the downstairs bathroom has a shower stall.

Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a queen sized bed, and one with two full sized beds. The bedrooms, both upstairs and downstairs, are carpeted throughout. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over tub.

All bed and bath linens are provided as well as a starting supply of paper products. This property can sleep eight to ten people.

While the bedrooms offer plenty of individual space, you will enjoy spending time together in the common areas. The bright living room features comfortable contemporary furnishings and a large screen TV with cable and DVD for your entertainment.

This property is also equipped with wireless internet service.

The dining area seats four. Preparing meals will be a pleasure in the galley-style kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher and gas range, as well as a microwave, garbage disposal and numerous small kitchen appliances.

Both the kitchen and living room have wood laminate flooring. The property is heated by gas wall heaters. Wireless internet service is available throughout the house.

For your convenience, a washer and electric dryer are located in the double attached garage.

There is also plenty of space for parking in front of the garage.

Just behind the garage, you will find a cozy fenced patio area, complete with market umbrella and fire pit – the perfect place to relax after a busy day of work or sightseeing!

Conveniently located just off Highway 68 in Pacific Grove, this property is ten minutes or less from many of the Peninsula’s major attractions such as the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, the shops and galleries of Carmel, and the renowned golf courses of Pebble Beach.


Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
