1,000sq ft, single story, two bedroom, and two bathroom home. It is
perfectly located in the wonderful town of Pacific Grove within two
blocks of the beach, biking and walking trails, and downtown
restaurants and shops.
It is nestled across the street from the charming Stillwell Park
which is a perfect size fenced in park that includes basketball
courts, playground equipment, swings, grassy areas and picnic
tables. Enjoy a cup of coffee, cocktails, or a good book out on the
front porch in this comfortable neighborhood.
Within a short drive you can golf at the Pacific Grove Municipal
golf course, visit Monterey’s Aquarium, or stroll through charming
Carmel.
The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be
accommodated at this property is 6. The master bedroom has a king
bed and private bath. Enjoy the beautiful stone tile shower as you
bask in the natural light coming from the skylight above. The guest
room has a bunk bed that will sleep four and the guest bathroom has
a shower over tub combo.
The home has a large dining table area that will sit 6 comfortably
and a beautiful full kitchen with, dishwasher, disposal, oven,
microwave, glass cabinets and also boasts a great view of the park.
The stylish restoration includes a stone tile shower, countertops,
and a gas fireplace that is located in the living room. In addition
to the warmth from the fireplace the house is heated by central
forced air.
The backyard includes a patio with table and chairs, gas barbeque,
and use of bike size storage shed.
Other features include a washer/electric dryer, 2 cable TV’s, VCR, a
DVD, and AM/FM cassette/CD player. Each home is fully furnished and
equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have
mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed
spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand
towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be
