Approaching
this beautiful, 1480 square-foot, two-story, 3 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms Victorian home, you will open a white picket gate
where you will be greeted by beautiful flowers. A sitting area
awaits your arrival, where you can relax and watch the humming
birds, or gaze down the street at the ocean. The front patio
is also equipped with a Weber style barbecue for those warm
summer nights.
We welcome a maximum number of six guests (including children)
who may be accommodated at this property. Two bedrooms are on
the street level, and 1 bedroom is upstairs. The master
bedroom has a beautiful king size bed, ocean views and
spacious private bath, featuring a walk-in shower and separate
bathtub. The guest bedrooms include a queen bed and a full
bed, and share a bath that has a walk-in shower.
The home features hardwood floors throughout the house, with
area rugs in the living room and master bedroom. Don’t worry
about missing your favorite show! This home is equipped with
Cable TV, DVD, and stereo for your entertainment pleasure.
The dining table seats four people. The kitchen is equipped
with a refrigerator (look closely – it is built into the
cabinets!), gas cook top and oven, and a dishwasher and
disposal for a fast clean up. A washer and gas dryer are
located off the kitchen in a separate laundry room. Each home
is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and
kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and
pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There
are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per
person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper
products to get you started comfortably (click here for a complete list!).
It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that
you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes
and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental
homes.
This property is located close to the Monterey Bay Aquarium
and Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the great restaurants
of Pacific Grove. A short drive will take you to the beaches
and shops of Carmel, or great golf in Pebble Beach!
