Vintage style cottage home that was built in 1884. This
single story home is approximately 800 square feet with
vaulted ceilings and has a great floor plan you will love.
This
home will accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The master
bedroom has a cozy Queen Bed and separate bath featuring a
shower over a claw foot tub.
In the
living room you will find a gas log fireplace and a sleeper
sofa. In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace,
the house is heated by a wall furnace.
A
washer and electric dryer are also on the premises for your
convenience.
The
property is equipped for your entertainment with Cable
TV/DVD/VCR/ Stereo in the living room.

You
will enjoy the outside surroundings and the delightful
interior! The wrap around porch with wicker furniture is
the perfect spot to begin the day with coffee or tea and is
equally lovely in the evening. The garden off the back patio
is private and serene.
Entering through the front door you step onto the Berber
carpeting which flows throughout the home. The dining area
is off the living room area and comfortably seats 4. The
kitchen is equipped with a free standing range/oven,
microwave oven, and disposal. The home is fully furnished
and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen.
Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases,
blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least
one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus
some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to
get you started comfortably

Other
features that will enhance your enjoyment include some extra
beach chairs and things for the beach.
This
home is located just steps away from Lover's Point Beach,
bike/kayak rentals, and restaurants on the bay. The bike
trail will lead you to Asilomar Beach and Point Pinos Light
House in one direction and Cannery Row and Monterey in the
other. A short walk to town (3 blocks) will find you in the
midst in of Pacific Grove, its wonderful shops and
restaurants. Pacific Grove is a town without stop lights
still!
