property has laminate floors throughout the unit, so sandy
feet are no problem! The property is equipped for your entertainment
with Cable TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo in the living room.
The
maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated
at this property is 3. The bedroom has a double bed and there
is extra sleeping on a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The bath features a stall shower and separate vanity with
granite countertop.
The coin-operated laundry room is located on the premises
and close to the unit.
There
is a table for two just off the kitchen and seating for four
at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops
and new cabinetry. It is equipped with an electric stove with
oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal. Each
home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware,
and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows
and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters.
There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth
per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and
paper products to get you started comfortably (click

offers a weight room, two hot tubs, his and her dry saunas,
and two recreation rooms with pool table and pin pong table.

property is located within walking distance of Fisherman’s
Wharf, the Naval Post Graduate School, and the great coffee
shops and bookstores of downtown Monterey!
