It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.

Here is a list of the items with which your vacation rental should be equipped. If you should arrive and find that the home you have rented lacks any of the following items, we invite you to call our office. We want to get the item for you!

Kitchen:

• Dishes and glasses (wine, water, juice)
• Silverware & serving pieces in silverware tray
• Cookery - saucepans, frying pan, a large pot for pasta, baking sheet. 
• Carving knife, paring knife, vegetable peeler.
• Wooden cooking spoons, plastic spatula.
• Can opener, bottle opener, corkscrew.
• Measuring cups (both liquid and dry), cutting board, mixing bowls, hand mixer.
• Place mats, cloth dinner napkins, dish cloths or sponges, dishtowels, pot holders.
• Serving dishes (casserole, baking dish, etc.)
• Pitcher, colander
• Wastebasket
• Microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker & coffee mugs, tea kettle

Living room/family room/dining room:

• Sofa and chairs, coffee table and end tables, lamps
• Color TV on cable w/remote, VCR, stereo/radio/cassette tape/CD player (some combination of this)
• Fireplace tools
• Dining table & chairs
• Bedrooms and baths: Bed(s) on frame, nightstand(s), dresser or chest of drawers
• Reading lamps, clock radio
• Bedspread/comforter, blanket, sheets, mattress pad, pillows, hangers.
• Towels, hand towels, washcloths
  Wastebaskets

Other:

• Telephone
• Steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, plunger, broom & dustpan.
• Patio furniture.
• BBQ
• Washer & dryer in most rentals (check with agent to be sure).
