24-Hour Maintenance
Monterey Bay Property Management has maintenance personnel on call, all the time, for emergency repairs to your accommodation. Copies, Faxes and Stamps
Residents may stop by our office for free photocopies (in small quantities). We'll send faxes for you for free or for a small charge for larger documents; you may receive faxes for free. For our resident's convenience, we also sell first class postage stamps during office hours.
Notary Service
Residents may have documents notarized in our office. They need only call ahead to make sure our notary public is in.
Packages
Monterey Bay Property Management is happy to accept packages from UPS and Federal Express in our office for you to pick up during regular business hours.
