24712D-Beautiful Home
A very comfortable and beautiful home away from home. The place was great. It was a bit pricey but that's Carmel. We had an issue with one of the appliances but the management company followed through and got the problem fixed as soon as possible. All in all, we would definitely recommend this rental to anyone.

24712D-Great Carmel House
Great house in Carmel! There are four comfortable bedrooms and the home is in great condition. We have on opinion on the pool as it was never warm enough outside to use it. The house is walking distance to Ocean Avenue, but there are fairly large hills and it's all uphill on the way back. Other than that, the house is terrific and very clean. It worked great for us.

24712D-Lovely Carmel
The place had a lot of charm, but we there had no updates since 1980: black bathroom fixtures, dated intercom system and central vacuum. The views overlooking the canyon were fantastic and the pool was a real treat. It is the perfect house if you have a group of folks staying there because there are three floors of living space where people can spread out and not be on top of one another. Everything worked, but the toilets are sensitive (which they caution you about.) I would definitely recommend this property.

24712D-Well-located Home in Quiet Neighborhood
We enjoyed another week in this beautiful Carmel home. We rented this place last year and had such a great time, we returned. This spacious home has several living areas which makes it easy to entertain adults as well as the kids. The house is nicely arranged, with three comfortable bedrooms upstairs, the kitchen, dining, and living room on the main level, and a nice bedroom, utility room, bath and den on the bottom floor. The separate den with wet bar/ icemaker downstairs by the pool is a great place for watching television--especially all the sports! The home is furnished very attractively. My favorite place to play board games is in the dining area attached to the kitchen. We loved the landscaping! The home was well prepared for us, and we had a great time.

24712D-Brilliant
We really enjoyed our stay here. We had just completed a week of traveling and staying in different places, so this was the perfect resting place. The house was very well laid out and very big. The pool was fantastic, but ask that it be heated because the weather can get a little chilly. The kids had hours of fun. It would be nice to have a table to eat out by the pool. The house is very handy for Carmel. It is only about a 10-minute walk to town. We would highly recommend this house. We had a great time. Have fun!

24712D-Fabulous Family Vacation Home
I rented this house for myself and six other friends and family members during the week of my wedding. The house is enormous. It has three floors. The top floor consists of the master bedroom with private and walk-in closet. The middle floor is the entry level with the eat-in kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is large and is fully stocked.. The dining room table can seat ten comfortably. The front door opens to an open staircase with floor to ceiling picture window. People who are on the deck or in the pool can see visitors entering and leaving through the picture window which is a lot of fun for everyone!!
The living room has a built-in bar. And by bar, I mean a mini kitchen. We had the pool heated and it was fun for everyone. (Well worth the extra money for the kids and grandparents who swam until they were raisins.)
Everyone who saw the house is thinking of renting it for their next family vacation. A neighbor said the house was built by Bing Crosby for his sister and this is where he would come and hang out because his second wife did not want him drinking around the kids.

24712D-Carmel Family Getaway
This is the second time our family spent a week in this spacious house not far from Ocean Avenue. We loved the pool and the grounds. There is plenty of space for a family of seven.
It would have been nice to have a bathroom on the middle floor, but it is not a big deal to use the ones upstairs and downstairs.
