The home worked very well for us. It was well equipped and spacious. We love to walk, so the proximity to the ocean, downtown Carmel and Pebble Beach was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our eight days in Carmel. We looked forward to returning each evening and having wine and cheese on the deck overlooking Carmel Beach with Pebble Beach in the distance. The home was clean and well stocked. The only problem was the parking. We were asked to not park in front of the neighbor's house. But, the neighbor's property extended several hundred feet, and they parked right on the property line with us, making the one space in front of the house unusable.

This house is very well decorated and appointed and VERY convenient to all the shops and restaurants in Carmel. A beautiful place and great place to have friends come by for drinks before walking to dinner!

This home is the perfect place for multiple families or couples. The house is immaculate, bright and cheery. The open kitchen/family room is fun if you want to eat in, which we did a couple nights. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace on cool evenings. The courtyard area is nice and private with a hot tub and nice landscaping. The location is excellent: a three-minute walk to the beach; a five-minute drive to the village for shopping; and, 17 Mile Drive and Cannery Row are close by. Our best meal out was at El Torrito on Cannery Row. We got a window seat and watched the sea lions, otters, and sail boats. The food was the best we've had and our waiter just made us feel he was glad we were there. We look forward to staying here again sometime!

We come to Carmel every year to play golf. This home is a perfect place for a foursome. We each had our own space, and the rooftop deck was a great place to hang out with a view of Pebble Beach in the distance. It was very clean and well maintained. The rental felt much more like a home than a rental property. We would definitely rent this place again.

We had a fabulous family weekend stay here. The house met our needs for sleeping, living and eating space and was sufficiently convenient to town, beach, and the Monterey aquarium and parks.

This is a wonderful home for families. The living space has an open design, and the home was clean and well-stocked with towels and kitchen supplies when we arrived. It is a fairly spacious home that provided privacy for our entire family. The kids loved the layout. The entire downstairs became their haven.

The roof deck was perfect for sunbathing and beach viewing. You can see the Pebble Beach Golf Course!!! The yard living space was maximized by a clever furniture layout. The property is centrally located with easy access from the main road. The property manager was very responsive to our needs.

We enjoyed our stay. The layout was just perfect for our group; every couple had their own bathroom. The location of the house is excellent; we could enjoy the beach as well as Ocean Avenue shopping. There was a minor leak under the kitchen sink but we managed to fix it. The downside is that the rooms at the upper level are connected so we could hear each other even with the doors closed. Personally, I like having more lighting in the courtyard so we could see better when we use the hot tub at night. I would recommend this house.

Great home for large family group. Everyone enjoyed all the amenities like the deck, hot tub, kitchen, hi-speed internet, and big screen TV. The place could use a larger hot water heater considering the number of people using the showers. Overall the home offered great value. It is a short walk to the Carmel beach, and it is in a delightful neighborhood for leisurely walks.
