 The property is equipped for your entertainment with flat Screen TV’s, Blue Ray DVD, VCR and Stereo surround sound in the living room, Cable Flat Screens in the bedroom and the master bedroom.

 You will find a gas fireplace with remote control in the living room.   In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace, the house is heated by central forced air.

 The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property is four.   The master bedroom has a CA king size bed and a private bath featuring an elegantly appointed bathroom with step-in shower.  The guest room also has a CA king size bed.  The guest bath features a tub with shower.

 You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces!   A great deck off the dining room for sitting and enjoy one of our sunning days or for a relaxing breakfast, lunch or a romantic dinner.

 A washer and electric dryer are on the premises for your convenience.

 This property has tile floors in the kitchen, hardwood flooring throughout and carpeting in the bedrooms.

 The dining table seats 6 people comfortably.  The kitchen is equipped for a light breakfast or a full dinner.  Meal preparation is easy with a full-size refrigerator, built in gas range/oven combination, handy microwave oven,  purified water, separate wine cooler and second fridge in garage.  The dishwasher and disposal make clean up a breeze.  Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably. It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.
