All landlords and property managers may list their vacancies for the most reasonable price available!

Advertise your unfurnished vacancy on the MBPM website AND on the MBPM vacancy list (available to passers-by outside office of MBPM) for any length of time that it takes to get the property rented. This service is available to any landlord or manager for only $29.95.

Each of the following services is available for ten percent (10%) of the rent at which you market your property.

Survey subject property to estimate likely rental value and advise Owner as to any improvements that are necessary or recommended in order to obtain the highest rent the market will bear;

Advertise subject property on MBPM vacancy line (available to prospective tenants 24 hours per day, 7 days per week);

Review applications, perform background and credit screening of applicants, verify employment, interview past landlords of applicants;

Prepare lease agreement and other documents as required by law, including required federal, state, and county disclosures;

Review lease agreement with selected applicant and obtain signatures on lease and other documents as required by law; prepare and provide to applicant required federal, state, and county disclosures; secure signatures and/or receipts where required; collect first month’s rent and security deposit from tenant; provide tenant with keys, other opening devices, and a move-in inspection form. Forward rent and security deposit to owner.
