OWNER LINK How to Use – Short TermHere are the instructions to OwnerLink - a place where you can view your calendar, schedule a reservation for yourself, view work orders for your property, or view your monthly statement! How to log in:
1. Type your login
name in all capital letters. Your login name is your last name as it appears
in our records as the owner of the property. Please note that there is only
one last name for each property. Therefore, if there are multiple owners,
or if spouses do not share the same last name, you will need to know how we
have you listed! If you are not sure of your login name, you may call our
front desk, between

password in all lower case letters. Your password was automatically
assigned to you by the system. If you are not sure of your password, you

How to view your calendar: If you only want to review your calendar and do not wish to make a reservation, just click the Calendar button. How to make a reservation: If you want to make a reservation, you do not need to click the Calendar button to view availability and then the Reserve button. If you want to reserve, just click the Reserve button. You will be able to see a calendar and the available dates. Choose your Arrival Date and Length of Stay and click the button to check availability. The system will confirm that the dates you have selected are available. Click to Reserve. Select either “Owner Reservation” or “Guest of Owner Reservation”. If the occupant of your home is your guest, please fill in the Guest’s name so we can identify your guest if he/she calls our office for assistance during his/her stay. Put any pertinent information in the Comments box. This is a good spot to advise us as to how much housekeeping you will need following your stay. How to view your statements: Click the Statement button and use the drop-down menu to select the property, if you have more than one and then click the month you wish to view. Click your print button to make a paper copy of the statement for your files. How to view your work orders: Click the Work Orders button. Select the property you want to see, if you have more than one. Click View Work Orders. Here you will see the work orders for the date range indicated. Note that you can change the date range if you want to. |
